I have booked this more expensive company to have hussel free holiday, but ended up giving me more stress and hussel at my actuall holiday, ended up booking everything myself direct anyways. They supposed to send me pictures of the place for hammam massage so that I know its half decent but they never did as well. I'd use someone else if you are reading this review. When we have decided to cancel our bookings with them after they have failed providing service for the first attraction we have booked with them, my partner was called rude and unkind. Defo would avoid their services
Unprofessional and very incompetent! We picked Agadir Fun after reading the positive reviews, but ended up being disappointed with the service provided by Denise. In total we have booked 3 attractions, 2h quad biking, Berber show and half day camel ride. Decided to cancel the remining two a conversation with Denise, after quad biking issues. We have been picked up for quad biking 45min after our meeting time, a phone call to Denise with very chaotic organisation and at a different location to what was discussed. The driver didn't know if we are the right people he was supposed to pick up, our transport was not air conditioned, unless an open window counts? We have been driving to quad location for over an hour - in total the attraction that was supposed to take 2h turned out into 5h trip. Which has affected our further plans for the day. The quad biking also had a lot left to ask for, we have been riding only around the dunes, the location was not as described on webpage and by Denise through the phone. We had a rental car and were able to get to the locations on our own, to avoid mentioned issues and for our own comfort, we asked Denise to send us the locations of the remining two attractions booked. After few messages where she has avoided a proper response and offering us a overpriced private taxi, we have been wished a good luck finding the Berber Show on our own. We have been told that she will not share address without an upfront payment. Understandable, but the ridiculous gatekeeping is very unprofessional. If that was the case we should have been asked to pay a deposit at the start of our conversation and there would be no issues at all.
We booked a full day adventure - 1/2 day horse riding and then lunch (tagine) followed by 2 hours Hamman and massage. Highly recommended and with a personal touch to experience real Morocco and not the usual holiday firm crappy tours - book and support local ! Plus if you are English - the business is 1/2 Moroccan and 1/2 English , great service and help with the day . Highly recommend Agadir Fun!
I had one of the best days during my stay in agadir, the guy was very gentle and ongoing. It was not expensive they took us me and my friend from hotel Argana and went to “sidi bibi”, from there we started the ride on quads for several hours and had a break with tea and biscuits 😛, really enjoyed. Recommend and sure next time in agadir I’ll do it again. Thank you guys, for the good experience 🙏
We had a fantastic time. Denise and the staff were so welcoming and professional. Totally enjoyed our horse riding, all horses were well mannerd and in great shape. We went back for quad biking and the Hammam again brilliantly organised. Thank you to Denise and her team for your hospitality and honesty. We had a wonderful experience and have made some amazing memories We will be back soon to build more
