The Agadir Mag take

Crocoparc sits 16km south on the N8 and genuinely works as a half-day detour if you’re staying in Agadir. It’s not a sprawling wildlife reserve—you’ll cover it in two to three hours—but reviewers consistently praise the animal welfare and garden design. The crocodile enclosures are the draw; feeding time attracts crowds for good reason. Beyond that: iguanas roaming freely, snakes, tortoises, marmosets, and a decent cactus collection if you’re into plants.

The on-site restaurant saves you a trip back into town. Kids gravitate toward the climbing structures and occasional free activities (henna, crafts), though the zip-line costs extra. Staff get universal thumbs-up. Heat is genuine—go early or late. One reviewer paid £24 for two adult tickets and 200 MAD return taxi; that ballpark seems standard, though you’ll negotiate cheaper locally. It reads as a solid rainy-day or weather-relief activity, not essential, but reviewers who expected little left satisfied.

We were really pleasantly surprised by our day at Crocoparc. It's clear the animals are all well cared for. We watched feeding time, which was fascinating. I loved the Cacti and iguanas just wandering around at your feet, great experience.

Crocoparc is one of those places that truly surprises you in the best way. The park is beautifully designed, clean, and full of lush gardens that make the walk enjoyable even before you reach the crocodiles. The animals look well cared for, and the educational information around the park makes the visit even more interesting. Watching the crocodiles up close especially during feeding time is such a unique experience. It’s a perfect spot for families, nature lovers, or anyone looking for a relaxing yet exciting activity near Agadir. Definitely worth the visit

We enjoyed this 'zoo'. It's not huge, but they have lots of each species of animals. (Except the rare Moroccan crocs which they have only 2 of) The staff was friendly. We loved seeing the crocodiles up close. They also have some snakes, iguanas, spiney lizards, tortoises, and marmosets. A huge flock of birds also shows up sometimes. The plant life is also well done, they have tons of cacti and unique trees. I wasn't sure about this place, but glad we decided to visit. It was an awesome few hours wandering around. They have a few play/climbing structures for kids to spend their extra energy. There was also a free art/craft kids could do amd free henna when we visited. The zip line was an additional charge.

Visited Agadir to get some decent weather, without expectations. Overall a lot less to do than expected, but thankfully we were able to fill a decent chunk of time visiting here. Bigger and with more to do than we thought, we enjoyed wandering around, looking at the animals and getting some educational facts as well. There's also a nice cafe if you wanted to sit down and relax afterwards. Overall, worth a visit if your in Agador, and bored.

We were surprised by how much we enjoyed Crocopark in Agadir - we almost skipped it, but I'm so glad we didn't! The 40-minute drive from Marina was worth it. The park is well-organized and not as massive as we expected, making it easy to explore. As we wandered through, we were amazed by the size of crocodiles and iguanas on display. The gardens were also a highlight, with plants and trees from around the world - a real treat for any gardening enthusiast. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the on-site restaurant had great food, making it easy to spend a few hours here. We opted to make it a half-day trip, and 2 hours was plenty of time to explore the park. The park itself was well-maintained, with nice seating areas and a play area for kids. We also enjoyed the views of the surrounding mountains. Just be aware that it can get hot, so try to visit early or late in the day. Entry tickets for 2 adults were £24, and we paid 200 dh for a taxi return trip - I'm sure you can find it cheaper than that! Overall, we'd definitely recommend Crocopark, If you're in the area, it's definitely worth a visit.
