The pottery workshop gets its own fanbase, though collection timing was flakey: yours were ready a day late, so book early in your trip and don’t rely on their promised date.
What’s consistent: guides genuinely engage rather than phoning it in. Language isn’t a barrier when the guide cares. Pricing feels fair by Agadir standards, and private arrangements (the rug commission, bespoke driving) suggest they’ll negotiate.
The risk is availability. These aren’t scheduled tours; they’re built around individual drivers and artisans. Book well ahead and specify what you want. Don’t assume yesterday’s experience replicates today’s.

We had a great time at the pottery making workshop and very happy with our pieces. The potter didn’t speak English but it didn’t impact our experience. We had 6 pieces between the two of use and were able to choose the glaze for each one for an additional small charge. Everything felt reasonably priced in the shop too and we will almost certainly go back to purchase more next time. There was a bit of confusion on the collection date and they ended up being ready a day after initially agreed- luckily we hadn’t left by then! Just plan your visit in at the start of your trip to ensure they have time to fire and glaze your items. We have also bought a Berber rug from the artisan souk for a very reasonable price considering the quality and have had excellent contact from him whilst it’s being handmade still in Morocco. We would recommend the pottery making to anyone.
Superb half-day excursion with city discovery, 4x4, camel ride, tea, tajine and great guide! Joyful and sunny, he put his heart into helping us discover his country and its traditions! I recommend ++++
We booked this tour with Abdallah last minute and boy did we luck out. What an amazing experience. Not only did he and the driver offer us a comfortable excursion, he made it extra special by taking us off the beaten path locations. His English and temperament was outstanding. I highly recommend this company and ask for Abdallah.
Had a great experience in Agadir with all of the excursions booked. Hamid was great. He had get customer service skills, super friendly and efficient. 5* for Hamid.
Our driver was lovely, attentive and approachable. I went just me and my 1 year old daughter and nothing was too big of an ask for him, nice clean car and obviously a great experience 🫶🙌
