Xtreme Park is a seasonal summer amusement park on Agadir’s outskirts, which matters because you’ll find most rides closed outside peak season. Evening visits work better than daytime—more rides operational, better atmosphere. The roller coaster delivers genuine adrenaline; bumper cars are reliable fun. A spinning umbrella ride looks modest but runs harder than expected, with decent views across the surrounding area.
The venue mixes rides for both adults and children, though the karting section next door caters mainly to kids. There’s casual food and shopping on-site. Transport is the friction point: taxis from the centre are straightforward, but return trips are unreliable. Arrange pickup beforehand or grab a driver’s number. Worth the trip if you’re here during summer and want uncomplicated fairground rides, but don’t expect a major destination—it’s solid family entertainment, not a draw on its own.

Tried the roller coaster, totally worth it 👌, I got indeed the adrenaline that I needed, they had many other games, some more intense, other easier. I heard from locals that this park only opens during summer time (we already found that some activities weren't available since it's mid September)
A fun place where you can enjoy your time and play different games, I recommend everyone to try this experience.
Nice pop up ride park. Better to go in the evening when all rides are working. The bumper cars were great fun. The only other ride working in the daytime was the spinning round umbrella ride and it was more exreme than it looked, great fun and the views across the area were fantastic. Few shopping and eating places there too. Lots of photo ops. There is also a small karting area, but its only for kids.
Nice family fun fair, bit out of the centre can take small taxi however won’t be able to get taxi back from that location so best to arrange it before hand or have some taxi driver numbers who will come to pick you up. Mix of rides for adults and children. Next door they have karting which is more fun and good to check out
It's a beautiful play land ..differnt games for different ages ..It's far from the centre but it deserve the visit
