Jurassic Surf House Anza

The Agadir Mag take
Jurassic Surf House hits that rare thing: a hostel where the owner’s presence makes the stay. Rachid—genuinely attentive, apparently good with birthday cake—sets the tone. Rooms are clean, breakfast is traditional Moroccan and actually substantial, and the location in Anza puts you steps from the beach without the Corniche noise.
The surf school downstairs (Ayoub runs it) removes friction if you’re learning. Coffee at Mamma’s below is mentioned unprompted. What matters: every review praises the community feeling, not the facilities alone. It’s small, which means it books fast and the vibe depends on who’s there. Not a party hostel. More a place where people actually stay longer than planned and mean it when they say they’re coming back. For surfers or anyone wanting to slow down without pretension, it works.

Super cosy and clean place, just a few minutes from the beach. Perfect for chilling. You can tell it was built with care highly recommended!
Perfect stay! Rooms, stuff, breakfast, location. Rachid is a really good host, helpful and always available. Hope I will be back 💕
The owner told me I can write what ever I want, so here we go: I love this place. The Energy is amazing! You build community here and you (depending on how long you stay) grow together as a smal family. The coffe at Mommas surfshop directly under is the best! Thank you Rachid for everything. All the best for you and your wife! See you very soon again.
I absolutely loved my stay here — it felt so cosy and truly like being in a real home. The breakfast is amazing and definitely something you don’t want to miss! Rashid is a fantastic host, incredibly helpful and kind. He even surprised me with a delicious cake on my birthday, which made my day so special. Anza is a small town, but it has great food and excellent waves for both beginner and advanced surfers. I took lessons with Ayoub, and the whole surf school downstairs is super fun, friendly, and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Staying at this hostel was an absolutely amazing experience – it exceeded all our expectations! From the very first moment, we felt at home, and that’s entirely thanks to the owner – the kindest, most helpful, and understanding person we've ever met. He helped us with everything, always with a smile and genuine care. Thanks to him, this trip has become one of our most cherished memories. Every morning we were treated to a delicious, traditional Moroccan breakfast – generous, fresh, and full of flavor. The location is ideal – just a few steps from the beach, yet in a peaceful and quiet area. The rooms are clean, well-kept, and decorated with great attention to detail. The whole place has a warm, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind and soak in the true spirit of Morocco. This is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in. If you're thinking about booking – don’t hesitate! Go for it, and you’ll make the best memories, all thanks to the incredible owner.
