Caverna Restaurant
Imm. Mer et Soleil, N°101 Bd Hassan II, Agadir 80000, Morocco
The Agadir Mag take
Caverna trades on breakfast steadiness and budget-conscious mixed plates rather than specialisation. The cheese omelette appears genuinely good—not just competent—and enough repeat visitors mention it by name to trust the claim. Pizza divides opinion: one reviewer found odd sweetness in the sauce, another called it “delicious,” so expect uneven execution.
Shawarma and fajitas arrive hot and serviceable. Fresh juice quality matters here; when items run out (common), you’re drinking what they recommend, not choosing. Pricing hovers around 30–40 MAD per main, plus 25–28 MAD juices, though billing opacity—no receipt, unclear total—suggests you’re either absorbing hidden charges or trusting approximation. The staff genuinely bothers, even when rushed. It’s reliable for breakfast or a no-fuss lunch near Hassan II, not destination eating.

We've had many meals here, but most recently breakfast. As always the omelette was amazing- how do you make cheese omelette so good? We had a beldi too and tea. The waiter is a lovely man who always makes the effort to ask about our family who are back in the UK and our travels. He has little English but we mange with his little English and our little French. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shawarma plate had nice pieces of hot chicken and cold salad. Came with not so crispy fries and ketshup/garlic dip and bread.
Nice little restaurant. Food was good, especially the pizza. Good service and value
A good restaurant in the city center. Delicious food at affordable prices. Very nice staff, good service, clean place. I have been to this restaurant several times. I have ordered both breakfasts and food from the menu. Everything is very tasty.
Our family of 3 came here last night as it was close to our hotel and the menu looked reasonable - more vegetarian dishes would improve it. I had a margherita pizza which had an odd sweetness to it, possibly from the tomato sauce but the dough was good. My daughter had a chawarma sandwich and my son had a fajita, which they both enjoyed. There were a few items unavailable so we had fresh juices to drink, 2 mango and a mix that was recommended to my son. The waiter was friendly and attentive even though it was fairly busy - I wasn’t sure if we had to order at the counter but he indicated that he would come to our table for our order. When I paid I wasn’t given a bill but the total came to 213DH, cheap by European comparison so I didn’t query it but we couldn’t work out how it had come to that as my pizza was 30dh and the other 2 dishes 40dh each. With the juices of 25-28dh each, we thought there must’ve been a service charge. Would recommend for a quick cheap eat.
