The Agadir Mag take

El Toro works best when you’re not expecting quiet. Large groups clearly run smoothly here—one party of 23 paid roughly £100 for three courses and drinks—and the staff know how to handle the chaos, though one reviewer caught them bickering audibly near a table. The kitchen delivers starters reliably: mussels and calamari hit their mark, T-bone steaks outperform ribeyes, and the soup portions are comical. A mixed grill arrived undercooked for one diner; others found everything perfectly timed. Drinks are decent, the Bolognese travels well, and prices sit where they should for a moderate spot. Live music appears occasionally but inconsistently. The real friction isn’t with the food or value—it’s the service mood. When it’s good, it’s genuinely good. When it’s off-kilter, you notice.

Highly recommend. Food and service were excellent. We had Mussels and calamari starters which were cooked and spiced to perfection. We then had T bone steak which I would recommend over the ribeye, which I had. It was still tasty but the T bone was cooked and flavoured to perfection

We were a party of 23 people for a birthday party and El Toro had no problems with accomodating us with no problems. The food was lovely and it has very reasonable prices. The soup starters came in extremely large bowls and were a very large starter. There was also live music with 3 different artists playing back ground ambient music. We had 3 starters 3 main meals and alcoholic drinks all for roughly £100 I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Visited for couple's dinner. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our food was wonderful. We shared a tbone steak and some croquettes. Excellent drink options and something for everyone on the menu. We also took some Bolognese for takeaway, which was excellent. If in Agadir this is a great option for a meal or drinks and a snack.

Good restaurant, I did not understand what kind of fish it is and waiter brought to show it. Starters were amazing, 2 kinds of olives, delivious cream, something coocked from tajine and breads. Foods were amazing, also desserts. Staff was shouting inside for something, and restaurant does not have any music turned on. So restaurant very good, atmosphere should be better.

Lovely restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful but they seemed to be a bit of an argument between the staff at one point right next to our table. The food was good served hot and quick however the mincemeat sausage looked a little raw the rest was perfect.
