The Agadir Mag take

Mister Cook trades on the crowd’s investment more than its own consistency. Three reviewers gushed about the crisps, the portions, the vibe—but Shahzad Iqbal walked in expecting the same thing and got lukewarm burgers and frozen vegetables that hadn’t seen proper heat. That’s not a bad day. That’s a kitchen that can’t hold a line.

The honest read: it’s cheap and filling. A half grilled chicken with rice, fries and bread lands somewhere between £2 and £5. The crispy fried chicken wrap appears when they’re focused. Staff friendliness seems genuine, not performed. But if you show up at the wrong hour—or if the wrong person is working the pass—you’re eating reheated sides and cold fries. The 4.7 rating masks real variance. Good enough for an afternoon bite near Paul Agadir Bay when you’re hungry and skint. Don’t plan around it.

Watched football on television, very very very nice. Nice food. Like holy shmoly the food was good. I took the crispy taco (more like a burrito) and it was amazing. Melted cheese, fries and crispy fried chicken in that bread. Adequately greasy, just like it should be. Delicious desert aswell, the lotus Tiramisu. Humble and kind workers. They also had a security guard, adding some safety, even though safety is not an issue at MISTER COOK. Go try it!

Slightly disappointed after reading so many positive comments about this fast food restaurant. On the bright side the prices are somewhat lower than average for the location of this place. The food is mediocre at best, with a long wait time between ordering and being served. Perhaps this in part explains why some of the order was lukewarm when received. Appears to be well staffed but not all of them seemed to be bothered about the task at hand. Due to this issue our food may well have been waiting a while before it was brought out to us. The cheeseburger was lukewarm, all the fries were cold, and the cooked vegetables served with the chicken curry plate gave the impression that they had been taken out of the freezer and not heated long enough. Not impressed by this place, with so much competition in this location and so many other better options I would not go to this place again.

I came here on a holiday with my parents a few days ago, and the food was LOVELY. Lots of variety on the menu, and a nice calming atmosphere. I made sure to write down the cheese sauce recipe that was on the wall 😆. I was served meat, fries, penne pasta, seasoned carrot sticks (very nice as they were hot and soft-yet-hard), and some salad (cucumber slices, sweetcorn, olives, tiny tomatoes 🍅, and some lettuce). The food was delicious, although it was a LOT, so I couldn't finish it. I also had a drink, I think it was mango: it was sweet and had tiny chunks in it, very refreshing! The service was great, and the wait wasn't long, and the atmosphere was chill and relaxing. Based on this review, I give it an 9.25/10. We will be ordering from here tonight due to how good it was! For people planning on going Agadir, Morocco, I HIGHLY recommend coming here at least once. Bye! 👋 😁 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ P.S. This is my first food review! 😋

Found this spot three days before we left and ended up eating there twice! It was just a 10-15 minute walk from our hotel, super convenient. The food was good and service was quick, which made it a great go-to. You really can’t go wrong, especially at these prices. Meals ranged from £2 to £5, and the portions were generous. I had the half grilled chicken: it was really juicy, though it could’ve used a bit more flavor. It came with a small portion of rice, fries, a tomato sauce, and fresh bread. I ended up shredding the chicken and making a big chicken bap with the bread and this lovely green sauce, kind of like a garlic and parsley mayo (?) All in all, a great budget friendly option if you’re looking for a quick, filling meal.
