Restaurant La Lampara
CC53+62V, Bd. 20 Août, Agadir 80000, Morocco
The Agadir Mag take
La Lampara sits in a quiet courtyard off Boulevard 20 Août, which already distances it from the seafront noise. Most reviewers hit the same notes: the tagines—lamb and chicken with seven vegetables and couscous—are genuinely tasty, fresh salads arrive with herbs picked from garden boxes visible to diners, and the host actively cares about the experience. Four of five reviews were five stars. One wasn’t. A diner found hairs in their drink, described the fish soup as poor, and said their beef tagine was burnt despite decent flavour. They left hungry. That’s a worrying sign—not isolated complaint theatre, but a hygiene and kitchen-consistency failure that matters. The moderate pricing seems fair if execution stays steady, but La Lampara’s 4.3 rating masks real variance. Go for tagines in the evening when the courtyard fills just enough to feel alive, not empty.

I had a wonderful dinner at a local restaurant La Lampara. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was truly fantastic. It was a perfect evening, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Agadir!
Wouldn't go back. Took forever for someone to come take my order, there were multiple hairs in my drink, fish soup was nasty, beef tagine was tasty but burnt. Left the way I came, hungry and I feel I wasted money.
Lovely little place up out the way nestled in a little cosy courtyard. Not too busy on our visit 8:30pm. Place was busy enough inside though and we opted for outside eating.. Starters where Tomato and mozzarella salad and a Moroccan Salad both really enjoyed tbe fresh tastes and herbs picked infront of us from the garden boxes...Had a bottle of wine between is and a bottle of water. Main courses we had the Lamb & Chicken 7 vegetable/couscous tajines...proper tasty and loads of eating...our 1st night and meal in Agadir and will be back to try other items on menu
One of the best restaurant in Agadir with reasonable price and super friendly staff. The food is really good too. It's our second time to eat here and surely come back again before we go back home... Highly recommended! 👌
