I had lunch together with a family originally from india and had been living in Poland for decades . The lunch was excellent and service was great, the waiter was friendly and loved his job , the restaurant is very clean and very well located . Keep the excellent work , you certainly deserve 5 stars for the quality of food and service you provide . We will be back , thanks for the hospitality and the warm welcome to my guests .
My experience at Siciliana Restaurant in Agadir was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. The first dish they served was not suitable at all. When I asked for it to be changed, they told me it would be replaced — but when I tasted it again, I realized they hadn’t changed anything except the appearance of the dish. They simply modified how it looked on the plate, without actually fixing the issue. The second dish they brought was just as bad, and they only replaced the first dish when the second one arrived, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and organization. After changing my order again, they finally brought me a pizza that was poorly made and far from edible. After eating it, I became seriously sick, suffered intense stomach pain, and ended up having to visit a doctor. This level of food quality and service is absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant. I strongly advise others to be cautious, and I genuinely hope the management takes responsibility and makes urgent improvements.
Absolutely amazing service with amazing people working. Not sure if we spoke to the owner but we seeked help since there was a taxi following us which was a nightmare and scary. We asked the person working for help and he chased the taxi driver away made sure that the taxi had left. He made us feel like home with the brightest smile. If you read this(the man who helped us four girls), you're an amazing person who has the warmest heart. May you get all the success and happiness in life. I hope to visit again if I'm in Agadir. Furthermore, the restaurant offered so many delicious authentic food of Italy. The prices were shockingly low based on the service and quality of food we had. Everyone reading this, make sure to order as much as you want since every single food from here was amazing. Truly a gem of a place.
